Our Founder

Adrian Bennell is our Founder and Director. With a career spanning over two decades, Adrian has become a trusted leader in the recruitment industry, known for his deep expertise and passion for connecting world-class talent with companies shaping the future of sustainability and innovation.

Adrian began his professional journey in 2004, specialising in the Automotive sector, where he quickly developed a reputation for his exceptional understanding of the industry's needs and his ability to deliver top-tier talent. His expertise grew alongside the industry as he navigated through the complex challenges of automotive innovation, from traditional manufacturing to the shift toward more sustainable practices including Battery Technologies and Carbon Reduction projects.

When he's not working, Adrian is a husband and proud father of two boys who share similar passions for travel, music, eating out and of course, Liverpool FC.
